Witch wants to be the "fairest of them all" so bad she'll kill the competition (ref. folktale Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs.)
She's never heard of The Commonwealth of Nations so her mind cannot fathom the secrets of the once upon a stooge who, to her limited knowledge, must know of nothing beyond rice and tea and so she feels insecure about her future. These two f.o.b ladies are widely read and widely traveled and their sophistication freaks her out.
Instead of working harder she wants to kill off the competition.
Doing so in the modern world calls for some very devious behaviors.
She has years of practice.
