Witches are creatures ruled by fears and fetishes. They have conquered their fears in a large measure, mainly by isolating and containing "The Fear" in their own psyches and unleashing it onto innocent bystanders. Their fetishes are their most closely guarded secrets. When exposed, they go,"So what?", draw their spouses and other co-fetishers closer to their bosoms, and reward them with an even grosser experience from the smorgasbord of fetishes.
If people suffer or die as a result of their actions, they enjoy watching "The Weak" perish, and take pride in being "The Strong" and "The Street-Smart" who survive.
Ethics are no cause for concern in Witchdom. They sold their souls to the Devil about the same time they were born.
